I am trying to get a television series for my new book CLAN under K.D.Smith that was just published on May 31st. So far I have hired a professional screenwriter called Hyan Thiboutot, he has written some top shows for Hollywood and in the U.K. The question that I have is can I have my professional screenwriter contact producers for me after the script has been completed to pitch or who do I personally need to contact to get in touch with directors to produce the series for the Spring or Fall 2013.
Trying to get an entire television series from a book is very different than trying to get booked for a TV talk show. I don’t know the answer to this question. Perhaps someone else does. Go to Google and search for “how to pitch a TV series” or “how to pitch a TV program.” If it’s reality TV, it would be “How to get a reality TV show.”
I have a reality tv show idea, to whom ever I say thinks that it’s a real good idea, where do I go if I need a producer ?

I’m currently writing an episode pitch for Black Mirror, and I’d like to know some tips on what producers look for in a good pitch.
I don’t know the answer to this question, Alec. But I would guess they want an episode that will keep people from reaching for the remote. The pitch should also be succinct and catch their attention. Make sure it’s a good fit with all the other episodes.
Me and my familey want to start our own relaity tv show. We are trying to find a established reality show producer. Its gonna take time though do you have any options to help us?
I personally don’t have contacts. But there are online programs offered every now and then with Hollywood producers who offer tips on how tot pitch shows. I recommend you sign up for “The Publicity Hounds Tips of the Week,” my twice-a-week email tips because I promote these programs in my newsletter when I know about them. You can sign up in the white box in the top left corner of the screen.
I am a local and aspiring music producer based in Los Angeles. after being successful relevant in the industry, i would like to have a reality show about me and my daughters of distant relationships. I have three different mothers of 5 daughters. (step daughter included). There is a wild and very interesting story within us all especially being that they barely know each other and raised in different states. the are all adults now and a feww have kids of their own. I picture being in a mansion where all of them are invited to live with me for a while getting to know each other. I guarantee it will be crazy
