It’s PinClout and it will rank your influence on a scale of 1 to 100. It measures factors such as how many followers you have, how many people you follow, and how many likes you have accumulated.
- Start by creating a free PinClout account here and provide your Pinterest name.
- PinClout will send you a confirmation email.
- Click on the and log in.
- PinClout will calculate your number of pins, repins, how many people you follow, how many people follow you, your likes comments and boards and deliver your score.
I’ve written before about the various sites that are branding us like cattle with “reputation scores“ and this one more of what eventually will be a very long list. I just started using Pinterest so I can’t share any of my pesonal experiences with that site or with PinClout.

Given that I only started adding pins and boards in earnest to my Pinterest account two days ago, I think a score of 25 out of 100 is okay as a baseline.
As I participate more on Pinterest, I’ll be able to evaluate what I think of PinClout in connection to whether my score rises.

Thanks for this tip about PinClout. I’m pretty new to Pinterest, and I just signed up to monitor my score. I guess I don’t mind being branded like cattle, if that’s what it takes to track how influential I can be among the people who follow me. So far my score is low, and PinClout is showing me a list of things I can do to improve it.
Based on its popularity, I expect Pinterest will keep the online media social. That will keep my life interesting and help my business grow.

Don’t worry about a low score right now, Robbie. Just keep working to fill Pinterest and the other social media sites with good content.
And remember that in some cases, those scores don’t mean a hill of beans. People can still be very influential within their circle without being on sites like Pinterest or even Twitter.
