You must confirm your

After you subscribe:
Look for this message in your email and click on the
confirmation link. If you can't find it, check spam or junk mail
folders.

If you stop receiving the newsletter:
You either unsubscribed, or the newsletter is in a spam folder.
Corporate spam filters, in particular, are very aggressive about
blocking email. If you can't receive the newsletter at work,
